2011 Christmas Season was so fun. Becky, John, Kim, Dad and I decorated the house right after Thanksgiving. It is a lot of work, and the more hands, the faster it goes. Kim finished up finals with great grades. Her semester was the most challenging ever, but she shined through it! She learned a lot through those experiences, especially the social ones!
Then we spent a few days in Salt Lake. We had dinner and spent the evening with the Lashes. Jen was able to join us. The next day we went to Provo, visited with my parents. That night had dinner with John and Becky, Jen and Stevie, and Kim and her friend Spencer Bennett. We then went to temple square. Becky wasn't feeling well so they stayed home. It was traditionally cold (freezing) but hot chocolate warmed us up!
Jen and Stevie, and John and Becky and boys came up Friday to Burley. We had a great early Christmas Eve with Wayne and Janet and Family, opened our "Angry Bird" pj shirts and played cards. We skyped with Mike and Ali and Macey who were down in Las Vegas for the holidays. (We really missed them).
Christmas day was on a Sunday. Up early and with Buddy, Santa gifts were a hit! Then off to Sacrament. Terry and I sang in the Choir. Then we went to Grandma and Grandpa Jeppson's in Sugar City. It was so fun to get together with lots of family.
We came back the next day, and enjoyed a week of being together.
It is times like this that it makes life fulfilling! I love my family!
